The Polish Air Force has signed a agreement with Airbus Military for the acquisition of 5 C-295 transport aircraft to further extend their transport functionality.

Poland is to improve its air force fleet of Airbus Military C295 medium transports to 16 aircraft, under a new five-unit deal worth $262 million. Airbus Military claimed that the Polish air force had agreed upon 5 C295 transports. The Ministry of Defense of Brunei Darussalam, at the same time, said that PZL Mielec had completed the development of a few S-70i baseline Black Hawk helicopters that the nation had purchased.
